Chocolate/Sweets/Food & Beverage Vendors: SOLD OUT


DOUBLE BOOTHS AVAILABLE FOR $300.  

Must prominently feature chocolate or other sweets. This show is very sales-oriented. Sampling helps sell product. Collect Taste Tickets when handing out samples. Vendor determines sample size. Turn in Taste Tickets at the end of the show to be compensated for sampling. 3 tickets = $1 returned. Plan to bring at least 800 samples. 

 

Non-Food Vendors: $265 Booth

Strict Limit of 12 non-food/beverage booths at this Festival. You may be asked to provide photos of booth set-up, or clarifications of what you’ll be selling. Preference will be given to gifts that are chocolate-themed.


TASTE TICKETS – WE PAY YOU FOR SAMPLING!

Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, count your Taste Tickets and turn them into Registraton for cash. We pay $1 for every 3 tickets. :)

Vendor set up 8:00 - 10:45 am Sunday. Tear-down 5:00 - 7:00 pm Sunday.

All vendors must be out of the building by 7:00 pm Sunday


Booth Specifications:

single booth — 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep, including one 8-ft table; double booth — 20 x 8 ft with two 8-ft tables.

Each booth includes 2 chairs. Vendors must supply their own table coverings, and we ask that all table coverings please extend to the floor.

Electricity is available for an additional $75.
